What is a serigraph print?
Serigraph printing is a long standing printing process to create high quality graphics with long lasting results. It is, in essence, screen printing. Original artwork is carefully deconstructed into individual colors which are used to create custom screens. Hand mixed inks are then run across the screens one by one applying the ink to the appropriate places on the paper. Layer by layer the image begins to emerge.
This process takes time. Each design is reviewed with artists from Acme Prints to ensure the translation from digital art to serigraph print is seamless. All of the colors are thoroughly reviewed, and the strategy for sequencing each layer is decided. Then up to 12 or even more layers are applied to each poster one at a time.
Unlike inkjet printing, silk screen prints are one solid color of mixed ink. This time tested technique creates a bold graphic that you cannot achieve any other way.

What am I getting with a Limited Edition Print?
Limited Edition prints are created as a single run, with a set number. That run is the only time the design will ever be printed. Once they are sold, they will not be reintroduced in a future run. You will have one of a very few prints to ever be made.
In addition to print, each order will come with a "companion card" that includes unique artwork and an artist's note giving some information about the print. These are also limited to the number of the print run, and is a nice collectable to commemorate the print.
What does #100 French Cover mean?
Our serigraphs are printed on French Paper Company cardstock made in the USA. The #100 signifies the paper weight of approximately 270gsm, giving each print a substantial, high quality feel while retaining a smooth surface. The paper is ideal for durable screen printing poster applications.

Will you share my personal information?
No. At Home Imagineering knows how much modern technology has become a burden when it comes to spam emails and texts. We will not share your information, and we will not spam promotional emails or anything of the sort.
What should I do with my print when it arrives?
Your print will come rolled in a 4" tube. To relax the print, set it ink-side up for 24-48 hours with no added weights on top. The paper weight should naturally flatten the poster.
If you are taking the print to a framer, they will be able to professionally flatten the artwork prior to framing to avoid any waves or wrinkles.

Do you ship internationally (i.e. outside the U.S.)?
We do not currently ship outside of the United States. For inquiries, feel free to email us, but we may be limited on shipping due to the packaging size and international restrictions.
How do you ship?
We ship all our prints loosely rolled with glassine paper for protection of the ink and paper. Each order is shipped in an oversized 4" diameter tube to prevent damage and reduce distortion. Items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise specified.
Companion cards are shipped separately in a dedicated poly-mailer also via USPS.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Sorry, all sales are final. No refund or cancellation requests will be accepted. However, if a print arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement or a refund if no extra stock is available.
Are there limits to the amount of prints that I can purchase?
Due to the limited nature of these prints, all of our releases have a restricted 1 per person/household limit within its first week of release.
